The Friends of Volunteers in Medicine Clinic, Inc., was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to support, assist and enable the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic to provide health care to medically indigent residents of Martin County, Florida.

Dr. Bromberg did his residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center and graduated Medical School from Albany Medical College in 1981. He served in the Air Force and received an Air Force Achievement Medal for Meritorious Service in 1988. After moving to Florida, he worked in private practice in Port Saint Lucie for the last thirty years before deciding to dedicate his considerable talents to VIM Clinic. His specialties include geriatric and internal medicine and he has vast experience treating a wide range of conditions, which will prove invaluable to our patients.

Howard Robbins, MD
Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Quality Assurance, and Utilization Review. Served as Chief Medical Officer of MHS and VP of Medical Affairs from 1996-2012. Graduate of Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ and received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his residency in Tampa, FL and ran a private Pulmonary Medicine practice for 17 years upon arriving in Stuart in 1979. Today he is partner at Treasure Coast Concierge and volunteers weekly at VIM currently serving as Medical Director.
Stuart Sabol, MD
As spouse of one of our former volunteer providers, Dr. Osmar Steinwald, plastic surgeon, she showed interest in the sustainability of the Clinic. Nancy is involved in fundraising activities including the annual gala.
