Stuart – Volunteers in Medicine Clinic joins the #GivingTuesday movement, a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities, and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. This year, #GivingTuesday falls on Tuesday, November 28, directly on the heels of the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday and serves to kick off the holiday giving season.

Volunteers in Medicine Clinic’s #GivingTuesday initiative is called #GiveVIM22More. The Clinic is celebrating 22 years of compassionate care to medically-underserved residents in Martin County. Through various social media platforms, VIM Clinic will commemorate long-time volunteers and share patients’ stories over the last 22 years.

The goal of the #GiveVIM22More campaign is to raise $22,000.
