FVIM Board

Purpose:

The Friends of Volunteers in Medicine Clinic, Inc., was incorporated as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization to support, assist and enable the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic in delivering medical care to indigent or needy persons in Martin County, Florida.

FVIM is the nonprofit corporation responsible for receiving, managing and administering all funds and assets to ensure the financial sustainability of VIM Clinic. The Board of Directors consists of not less than nine and no more than 20 members who are elected from the community for one year terms. At least 20 percent of the board must be active volunteers at VIM Clinic.
