Stuart-Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) Clinic’s very own volunteer fundraisers, Carson Novins and Beth Novins won the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Treasure Coast Chapter award for Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser! Carson and Beth are a dynamic, brother-sister duo who for the past 15 years, have rallied friends, businesses, and Treasure Coast community members to raise nearly a million dollars for medical services in Martin County – all in honor of their late father, Robert F. Novins.

Both successful, local business owners, Carson and Beth have observed first-hand the gap between people who can afford health insurance and people who are government assisted. Carson and Beth believe that by directing funds to VIM Clinic, they can help bridge this gap and help their friends, neighbors, and fellow community members to access quality health care – the type of free healthcare many Martin County residents find at VIM Clinic.

The VIM Clinic provides health services for uninsured Martin County residents. Patients don’t have Medicaid and must have a household income below 200 percent of the poverty level.
