Thanks to the support of donors, sponsors, guests and this year’s gala committee, over $360,000 was raised for the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic, which provides free health care to uninsured Martin County residents who earn less than 200 percent of the poverty level.
Volunteers Donate 90,000 Hours
Volunteers have donated a total of 90,000 hours to VIM Clinic. From January through November of 2011 alone, 99 volunteers have contributed more than $463,000 worth of their time and talent.
