For every tax-deductible dollar you donate, we can provide more than $10 worth of free medical services to Martin County residents who are not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare, do not have access to health insurance, and are below 200 percent of the federal poverty level. We serve over 1,100 patients and the need keeps growing. Your support makes a HUGE difference in the lives of others.

Donate Online
Because we believe in making every dollar work for our patients, we applied for and received a Google Grant. This enables us to collect credit card contributions without the customary transaction fees, so you can rest assured that 100 percent of your contribution comes directly to us. No one else gets a cut of your donation and our patients benefit as a result.
You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You will need to provide your current email address to establish a secure Google donor account. If you prefer, you can set up a new Google Mail account for your donations, but it is not necessary.
Please allow us to have your contact information so that we may send you a personal thank you for your support and keep you up to date on our activities. It is far less expensive for us to keep you informed by email.

Special Event Giving
The annual Gala is our major fundraiser of the year with many levels of Underwriting and Sponsorship opportunities. Tickets are $300 per person. All donors of $1,500 and more are invited to the exclusive pre-Gala VIP Party.
Honorary/Memorial Giving
You can leave a gift in memory of a loved one, in honor of a special event or achievement, or for other noteworthy occasions. We will send note cards to the recipients to make them aware of your generosity. Or, if you prefer, you can remain anonymous.
Bequests & Planned Giving
This is an excellent option for those who’d like to leave a lasting legacy of hope, help and community service. You can provide a letter of intent, transfer real or personal property, add the VIM Clinic to your will or estate plan, or make us a beneficiary in your life insurance or retirement plan. Other forms of giving include charitable remainder trusts and charitable gift annuities. Please consult with your financial advisor. We would also be happy to discuss the options best suited for you. Gifts of Stocks & Securities
When stock is donated directly to us, you can claim the full market value as a charitable contribution without paying capital gains tax. Also, donors who are 70 ½ or older can make cash gifts totaling $100,000 from traditional or Roth IRAs without incurring income tax for the 2010 tax year. Please consult your financial advisor, but again, if you need further information, just give us a call.
Matching Gift Programs
Many companies have programs that match the charitable contributions of their employees and retirees. This can potentially double or triple your gift. Please let us know if your company has a matching gift program available to you.
